Who: Schrader specializes in all types of large land tracts, including farmland, timberland, recreational land, and ranchland. A proprietary multi-tract marketing method (called M3) allows bidders to see tracts being sold on an interactive screen, enabling them to make quick decisions during the auction and offer bids on combinations.
